If you applied for PR under family sponsorship then the sponsor such as spouse fills out the form. Who is your Canadian sponsor?

So then you cannot apply for PR. You said you applied for PR.

You likely have mistaken sponsorship.
It's for close family (husband/wife/parents/common law partners) that's already PR or citizen of Canada to sponsor their family (wife/husband/dependent children/common law partners) to become PR.

If you do not have such family that's already PR/citizen, you cannot be sponsored.
