Yes Both passports went under process through same day Aug7

My mom's passport reached IRCC on Aug 20 and her flight is scheduled for Sept 16. Looking at everyone's timeline, I feel we'll get her passport soon.

I have a quick question ! Is POE/Letter of Introduction letter still required for SOWP application while traveling ? how long does it take to generate POE letter / Letter of Introduction after passport stamping?

My wife haven't got the POE letter, she received her passport 2 weeks ago.

And as per current time line we may receive our dispatch message after Sep 15 or 20 !
