Yes Both passports went under process through same day Aug7

My mom's passport reached IRCC on Aug 20 and her flight is scheduled for Sept 16. Looking at everyone's timeline, I feel we'll get her passport soon.

My parents’ passports reached IRCC Delhi on Aug 13. This morning they received an email titled “We sent you a message about your application”. Their eligibility status changed to completed now. Hope to receive dispatch message soon.
