They are asking for the eca and transcripts from my wife’s bachelor degree..but she is the main applicant and we are not claiming points for it. She has a masters degree here in canda which is the one we claiming points and do not need ECA. We sent a LOE to the officer tell all this, we’ll see if we get any updates soon

Did you mention her undergraduate degree under education history section or personal history section? I read on some threads that you shouldn't mention it in education history rather under personal history.
