There are no options. LMIA or get ITA to apply for PR. Then you can apply for BOWP.
Hi. Thanks for the reply. I got invited by OINP- ISS on June 3rd, but since then file on submitted. While I did apply for extension of work permit, but unfortunately it got refuse. Can apply for a restoration and leave Canada and come back after being nominated? Please advice. Thanks!
So doesn't ISS require a valid permit to continue with application. May want to confirm that. You are out of status so now cannot work for employer for a long time. Does employer know that? You could leave and once nominated (if approved now that out of status) get work support letter to apply for a work permit. Again check rules for ISS if you no longer have status.

No that may not work. Once nomination is approved then make sure you get work support letter. All on the OINP site. Then with work support letter you can apply for a work permit to work for that employer. If WP expires then you stop working and cannot work until approved.
