We submitted super visa application for my mother in law from India recently and since it might take 4-5 months to process, we were considering maybe to apply for visitor visa since it maybe faster to get. Is it wise to apply for visitor visa or will it harm both applications?
Is it okay to submit tourist visa too if super visa is already in process?

Someone said that their visitor visa submitted in April got processed in 20 days and so we were considering applying for one. Not sure if it’s the same timeline now.
That is for applicants with very strong ties, good proof of funds and good international travel history. Same processing time can occur with supervisa and is mainly done by AI. If processing wasn’t fast with supervisa very unlikely to be fast with normal TRV.
You may end up with a TRV and no Supervisa. Something to keep in mind.
