Hey everyone! Long post, if someone can help?

Unfortunately im still stuck waiting for lpp since 20th March. AOr 2nd Dec.

BG was done on 20th march, after fp request (given outside the country).
Test was done 8th Feb (outside the country)

I am still outside the country, left temporarily and let ircc know about it.

I ordered my atip on 6th August got it on the 29th August.

Paperwork Location : Grant Review PM03 - noone assigned and no date.

LPP due date is 27th Nov 2025. (All not started)

Security bit is removed (but BG complete and agents on phone have always told me that security is complete)

Nothing really in notes other then a note for scheduling team to make sure i am in country before scheduling oath.

I got pr in 2019, did soft landing then moved in 2021 (covid etc). I have also travelled back to the middle east (where i moved from) every winter for a month or 2 to have my kids keep connected with their grand parents. Could this be the reason for PM03, or does everyone move from PM01 to PM03 before oath?

I applied with 1099 days and the days are absolutely correct because i ordered exit entry from canada border to recheck for my or renewal few months before i applied for citizenship. Language is transcripts from my masters from the middle-east, taught in english.

So my question is, what does Grant Review PM03 mean? Will i get an interview? How long do ppl wait when they have PM03 to review? Is this looking bad?

Thanks so much in advance

1099 is close to 1095 and would need a officer review where they will do the verification of your data. Could lead to interview too. As it involves an officer it tends to be slow

I am also at Grant Review PM 03 .. I don't know what that means ... my BG is pending security clearance .. criminality is complete from RCMP ... and my LPP is also pending. No update since Feb.

Anyone here with BG and LPP still pending ?? Only test passed everything else is pending ??
Plz tell me what are u doing to get ur file moving ???

Been reading the posts here recently. Looks like a few of us are stuck in the PM03 Grant Review Ready. I did a few more steps to try and understand what might be happening here. Usually, IRCC will not send applications to PM03 level, unless some additional checks are required. This is outside of CBSA and CBPS. This usually involves the CSIS, where the moment it hits CSIS, the apps are declared as non-routine.

This is what I found out after I had my MP reach out to the IRCC. They mentioned that my app was non-routine due to some security related components that needed to be cleared out.

CSIS is currently extremely backlogged, and unfortunately, IRCC will not make a decision unless CSIS comes back with a response to them (there is no obligation of a lead time).

So I would say, that if you're sure there's nothing flagging your app (that may be a security threat to Canada), patience will be your true friend. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Stuck in the same boat.

I have requested my notes from CSIS, and will let you know how things go.

Ur BG has been completed? Mine has after fp request. Wouldnt that mean security is complete?
Everytime i call ircc they say its routine.

Also were there any notes in ur file towards the end that made you think something may be up?

Hey , have you seen a lot like this happen previously? I really hope this is what it is, because in terms of days in the country i am pretty sure i am good, atleast hopefully because i counted flight day out of canada and return day in as days spent in canada. Have i done the right thing? That is also how the online tracker in the application counted it as well.

My BG completed without FP request. But that's got nothing to do with Prohibitions. Security and Background are different and that's why. How I interpreted my notes is that the Security section of my notes is blank (could also be redacted), and the MP's comment on my request saying that security related component needs clearance. They did not specify CSIS, but after having read more posts on quora and forums alike, I am certain that CSIS is where the matter has been referred to.

Its pretty normal even if you are confident about the days. They just send it for manual verification by an officer which takes time.

Status shows Grant Review PM03

Multiple follow-ups, MP calls and notes but still no movement
