That’s good news!!
Did you see eligibility turned to in progress before it showed completed on the tracker?
Or was it not started and then completed?
Mine still shows not started, neither got pre arrival yet.
Yes, in progress before it showed completed

August 26 - Received pre arrival

Also, received a call from Canada Embassy, Delhi asking me(sponsor) to provide a detailed plan to return to Canada and how would I support myself and my spouse.
They said the application is in final process and once they receive this letter from my side, the final decision will be made.
Will start working on the detailed plan.
Fingers crossed!!!

Do I need to submit this document via my GC key account?

Please I urgently need to know. I paid the sponsorship fee ($85), principal applicant fee ($545), and right of permanent residence fee ($575), but I didn’t pay the biometrics fee because I thought it’s only after receiving the BIL. I applied July 8 and got AOR on August 12. It’s been over 2 weeks now with no update. Is this normal, or could my application be on hold because I didn’t pay the biometrics fee? I usually see most Outland applicants get biometrics and medical requests shortly after AOR, but I (the PA) haven’t been contacted at all yet

If you didn't pay biometrics fee at the time of application, it can cause slight delays. They'll request a biometrics fee from you, and then you'll be able to get a biometrics request. It also can depend on speed of verifying sponsorship eligibility. BIL/MIL is usually sent after confirmation of the spouse's eligibility, and can also be delayed depending on application origin and VO. A couple week wait is not abnormal.

Thank you! You’re right, i received the request to pay today and send the payment receipt via webform 30 mins later. If I had know I would have paid at the time of submission but I thought my biometric from temporary residence application would count

This is definitely a common misconception. Unfortunately trv biometrics CANNOT be used for pr application, but pr biometrics could be used for trv after. It's definitely confusing!

Any may outland spousal applicant yet to receive medical request?
submitted may 21 I've gotten my AOR and done biometrics since June 25 and also gotten spousal eligibility approved june 27 but no medical request yet, please is this normal if not what can i do about it? status tracker last updated july 18 i am the PA from Nigeria and my sponsor is a PR
I am in a similar timeline situation. Out of curiosity, what's your CPC and where is the Principal Applicant from? In my case CPC is Sidney, and PA from Guatemala.

It's been over 8 weeks without any update. We haven't received a Medical Request. Are there any suggestions on why the medical request hasn't arrived? Any course of action to take?

Principal Applicant: Guatemala
CPC/VO: Sydney
Application Type: Outland Spousal sponsorship
AOR:
Sponsorship Eligibility Decision: July 3
BIL: Received July 1 / Completed July 10

When was the last time you checked your VO? If you haven't called ircc or sent a webform asking since sponsorship eligibility letter, it is possible your VO is actually outside Canada. This is often when medical requests get delayed, and it can be totally normal, as not every VO runs on the same timeline.
