I see in your previous posts you are failed asylum seeker, so do you got the same remarks/observation as mentioned the left side bottom of the photo ? if so unfortunately is a significant sign of stage 2 will finalize around 2 years, I hope I am wrong and not waiting that much time to render the final decision.

From Submitting H&C applicatiion to AIP is 24 months Aip to PR will be 12 months.
Total will be 3 years.

I get it but normal processing times should be up to 24 months with PR not 27 months in 1 stage for me this is unfair for everyone plus the stress and anxiety they put on people

You submitted a 1500 page application so it was always going to take much longer to process than a typical application that is a few hundred pages maximum. There are never guarantees processing times and given the volume of applicants and the small quota processing times will continue to go up and change fairly regularly. We can all hope IRCC is reforming the program behind the scenes because nobody wants to see processing times getting go 5-10 years which is scheduled to happen.

Enough with the doomsday rhetoric. 5-10 years processing is not going to happen- especially when so many on temporary permits are choosing to leave on their own accord. We are seeing thousands of hindus and sikhs leaving the country already.

Agree that federal government is bloated. I’m not sure why that has anything to do with your case and processing time. H&C departments always had a limited capacity because it is supposed to be a small program for exceptional cases. H&C has a very small quota now so the criteria for approval likely more stringent and processing has to be somewhat in line with the quota volume. It already takes 1 year to get from AIP to eCOPR so the H&C department can’t process huge volumes of H&C applications. it is also unrealistic to expect normal processing time with a 1500 page application.

Some members on the forum says it is taking lot more time than one year from AIP to ecopr.

Forget about my 1500 pages case if you contract me to do a job for you and on my web site say's 24 months to complete that tipe of project you know at least you need to wait 24 months to complete if 24 months have passed and I'm at stage one in your project you gonna start asking me questions I always can say to you oh it's materials it's short of people etc etc they shouldn't not advertise 24 months to complete up to PR at the web site it's false advertising they should be punished for that, 27 months in 1 stage it's not acceptable for any one so basically for your point of view I should only send one page to support my file come on let's be serious not fair

I would not be surprised if this huge application take more than 3 years to process for just stage1. It is likely labelled as non-routine application, unless the applicant has updated his application with more concise version.

It's a statistic, not advertising.
