Where are you from? Age? If you are asking about getting a work permit, it is generally very difficult for an employer to offer a job to someone not in the country as they need to go through the LMIA process which is long and expensive. Also, there is actually no guarantee that the person will turn up.

OK, you have to apply for jobs on job sites such as indeed.ca. As I said you will probably not find any employer willing to go through the LMIA process as you are out of the country. Google immigration streams in Canada and see if you are eligible for any of them/

Canadian immigration favours further education so unfortunately you are unlikely to qualify for immigration but you should research the various programs.
