Hi guys,

May I know if anyone is in similar situation as me ? There's been no update after the test has been updated. Except Test, all other are still in progress. Called IRCC but got the same response as what i see in status tracker that everything is in progress.

Applied : April 10th
AOR: May 21st
Requested Physical presence proof as I travelled a lot but was meeting the need, so explained it and submitted the web form. Confirmed that the officer received.
Test request : June 12th
Test Completed : June 25th

Any May AORs got their Security (part of background check) complete yet? When I last called IRCC in July, I was told that my criminality is complete but security is being done by third party. Also, they moved my file from Sydney to Vancouver (which I have heard is the slowest office). Anyone in the same boat?

I had fp request and my background status was changed to completed after they received it. All took 2 weeks

Hi, how long did it take to change to "background complete" after you submitted Fingerprint please?

Any May AORs got their Security (part of background check) complete yet? When I last called IRCC in July, I was told that my criminality is complete but security is being done by third party. Also, they moved my file from Sydney to Vancouver (which I have heard is the slowest office). Anyone in the same boat?

They don't tell you anything until you ask them. I explicitly had to ask about my primary office and then they told me it was changed from Sydney to Vancouver.

Hi, actually its more related to me being out of Canada for more than 180 days...there was a request to submit PCC but I explained in web form that I was not more than 180 days straight in any country.

Since there are so many of us from May for whom background check is pending for security, it does not look to be nonroutine at this time, just a normal delay. AOR May 30.

Just got an update on tracker, LPP completed.
Total 140 days. Rest of my timeline in signature.
