My husband and daughter requested For visitor visa in 2023, it was denied.
As i'm August 2023 PR applicant, I Guess now i'm closer to get the PR. We want to applied again For the visa.
Could somebody with similar situation But with a positive answer For the visa, could share done advice?
Thanks in advance.

I'm applying again. Any advice For the invitación letter or documents to attach.

I Will really appreciate it.

I know the chances are very low. But still want to try again.

Your family has to show they have very strong ties to their home country (employment, home, school registration, etc) and that they will return home after their visit. If your husband was the only one who applied and your daughter remained at home there may be a slightly better chance of approval because he would still have a tie to return to. The big issue is that it is pretty clear their longterm desire is to remain in Canada permanently and you have likely claimed they are unsafe in their home country so it is very tough to prove they will return home.

Very few people apply since they assume they will be refused. It has also become much harder to get a TRV approved in general. All you can do is submit your strongest application and hope for the best but have realistic expectations. Applying won’t hurt their PR application.

I really want to do apply. Didn't see My little daughter For years. I applied For PR more than 24 months ago. It's hard. So if I lose the fee it's ok. It's a risk I will take again. Nothing hurt with try again.

Why not get an RTD and meet them in a 3rd country?
