Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me with this info

I want to apply for Citizenship for me and my wife.

I got my PR via express entry in 2019 and then I took IELTS in 2017. My wife got her PR via spousal application .

For Citizenship proof for my wife, can I upload her bachelor’s degree certificate from India, and she is working in IT for last 10 years both in India and also in Canada combined, any of this would help for language? Did anyone did this personally and worked?

For myself, I don’t know how I can retrieve my IELTS results from 2017?

Any info would be helpful

Thanks

You've posted this exact same question in five+ threads - and threads that don't direclty have anything to do with your question.

Post once or twice - and then wait. It's only volunteers here. You posting multiple times is disruptive to others.

If you're in a hurry - use your time to search the forums and read instead of posting repetitively.

-Your old IELTS are fine, but you will have to find them.
-Your spouse's degree will work IF it clearly indicates the language of instruction was English.

If those aren't manageable, you can write the Canada language test in most big cities almost any day for $250 or so. It's not free - obviously - but reliable, readily accepted by IRCC and quick.

Ok Apologize for posting in multiple groups. I posted in citizenship groups only? everyone in this group will have to submit one or the other form of language proof for their application?
before posting i did seared the entire forum and no where I found clear instructions, everyone just pasting the Canada govt URL which says same that certificate should mention in English. I am from India and our certificates are in English and also in our regional language, so wanted to check if someone faced similar situation .
Thanks for your inputs

The instructions repeated exactly what everyone and I have said. Repeating so it's clear: it's not a question (directly) of what language the certificates are in, but that it is stated clearly what the language of instruction is.

India is the frequent question here because the certificates are in English but it doesn't seem consistently stated what the language of instruction is. And since the certificates are in more than one language, it creates some doubt. It doesn't seem to be consistent between states/higher education establishments either. (From US universities it's basically clear because few are in languages other than English)

That's up to you to resolve, basically. Most don't seem to have too much trouble, but up to you whether to go with what you have or get something better.
