It will unless there are reforms the wait periods will keep on growing. This does complicate things for people who may not qualify for services like healthcare or even education in certain provinces. Many will require that a parent is working and for dependents under 18 could struggle to attend post-secondary education. Really depends on the province. Also makes travel out of Canada risky.

Hi, I applied for H&C in December 2023. but recently I have added few medical reports and support letters to my file to web form is that fine?
Did you submit police clearance certificates when you made the H&C application? In the first stage? I'm submitting a H&C application but I do not know if police certificates are mandatory to submit in the first stage.
so far I have received only fingerprint request that was during Jan 2024, after that nothing I am just waiting
Yes I have submitted police clearance certification for me and my dependent at the first stage itself and that is must it seems
