I am representative for my parents, so I put my email address everywhere.

I am also representing my parents, but I kept a separate email for my parents just to avoid confusion.

If you did not declare yourself a representative for your parents can you keep your email as their email address?…they don’t have an email address unless i make a new one

Hey...IRCC asked for my parents PCC and some other info and they are asking me to submit it through either GC account or Webform but when i check GC Key account their is no request or option to upload documents...So should i just use the webform?

In gc key there is a link that says "View submitted application or upload documents".

i am both 2021 and 2024 applicant at the same time. i sponsored both, in law parents and my biological parents. my in law parents application was submitted in 2021 and they already got their visas last year and my own parents application was submitted in 2024 june. my parents passport request came in mid june this year .they submitted their passports on june 19,2025 and are waiting to get passports back.

Hello everyone…My parents got biometric request and they got it done on Aug 12,2025 and when i open their account it says received on Aug 12 under latest update but when i go to view or upload documents its asking for replacement required for fingerprints and their is an option to upload the file
In my understanding biometric report goes straight to immigration office we don’t get any copy of it…So how am i going to upload their biometric file?
