Hello Everyone,
I am planning to deliver baby in India due to complications and previous experience of neglegancy of health department.
I am wondering about documents to support PR of my (will be) child. I and husband donot have income for 2025 as we both stay here in India and family is supporting financially. Due to this reason I donot have 2025 income to show in File.
Please share how I can proof that I can support my child financially????
What other documents I need to collect before applying PR application?

Also, while waiti g for PR application to get approval can I apply for visitor visa after AOR,?? Will it be a safe move?

Please guide and also share experiences that will be helpful for me.

Hi Guys its been almost a month since i did my 3 year daughter medical who is here with me.
is this normal? it says medical complete and back ground in progress , i havent received any pre arrival letter.

Hi, Many of us in the group has adopted the same route and are applying for the newborn kid delivered back in India.
(1) Minimum income is not required for dependent Child PR. So it's alright if you don't have 2025 Income.
(2) To prove sound financial status - you can add Letter of explanation with bank statements, previous years NOAs, letter from family for support etc.
(3) Your spouse can travel to Canada to start PR application. You can't apply remotely.

yes your parents can, as long as they got PR, you can sponsor. but did you include that dependent child in your previous pgp application? if yes, no problem at all as IRCC knew, if dependent has family, your parents must have income in order to sponsor
