Claiming sibling points

I received ITA in express entry. I am claiming sibling points and providing siblings:
1. Passport for citizenship evidence
2. FRC (Family registration certificate from Pakistan) to show relationship proof
3. Bell Mobility bill to show sibling resident in Canada.

Questions:
1. Are these enough?
2. is Bell bill a good utility bill?

A cell phone bill is not a utility bill and doesn't prove they are living in canada. You could be living anywhere. You want bill that shows you actually reside there so water, electricity etc.

Is it a landline?

Proof of current employment in Canada also great proof since even utility bills don’t actually confirm you are residing in Canada.

A cell phone bill is not a utility bill and doesn't prove they are living in canada. You could be living anywhere. You want bill that shows you actually reside there so water, electricity etc.

Not a landline. Its Bell Mobility account statement for a Small business account with Airtime, Data, call minutes, txt and other features (picture/video messaging). the call details of about 30 pages (1 month), outgoing and incoming calls within Ontario, data usage details and txt messaging.

So not even a personal account. How can you prove she even uses it. Could give the phone to someone else. Utility bill like heat, water, gas are better.

It is a small business account. on the statement, it says the name of the business, and on the next line is the name of the sibling.
I will try to get the utility bill.
