If my pwgp application got declined and I apply for a restoration can I still apply for a PGWP on the same application can someone please reply on how this works. It’s really urgent and I will appreciate it.

So it took a year. You cannot restore status nor reapply so talk to a lawyer. Why was PGWP refused?
So if the letter said you could restore then do so and reapply if you can address reasons for refusal. Stop working and wait.
Thank you ! But when restore … what I’m I restoring as ? A student and then apply for pgwp? Or restore and apply for pgwp at the same time ?
If the letter says you are eligible to restore then student and reapply for PGWP. Make sure you provide new documentation from your school to address reasons for refusal.
Refusal was because my passport expired, they gave me 2 weeks to provide a new one but I couldn’t meet up cause it takes more than two weeks to renew my country passport
So if I understand you correctly, I restore as a student even if I’m not a student rn(not enrolled ) . And my study permit expired already?
Wouldn’t it be restored to visitor if approved since study permit and studies have ended over a year ago.
