If you applied by third party you might not be able to check the account by your self the immigration office or lawyer only will have the access I’m not sure of this information but that what heared

You can actually create GC key account and link it with your permanent residence application the update is late but at least you can see the current status of your application

I already did and link my application , the status mention the final decision in progress

Nothing, my medical up to 31 december, i paid in feb.. in which stage you are?
