the job title is client services navigator for a NGO social services program funded by government. I put noc 42201 but what are your suggestions?

  1. Greet people coming into the resource area and orient clients of the resources and equipment available to them. Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding the WorkBC Employment Services.
  2. Assess clients' eligibility according to WorkBC policy.
  3. Assist clients in setting up BCeID accounts and completing WorkBC Services online application.
  4. schedule clients with Employment Counselors through online portal.
  5. Meet with new and return clients to administer urgent transportation supports and other job starts supports. Maintain records as needed on ICM.
  6. Register clients for STOC training and upload required documents in ICM
  7. Maintain all required forms / assisting clients to complete initial intake forms.
  8. Gather employment and employer related resources for use in the resource area. Maintain and organize the resource area library ensuring adequate stock of resource materials.
  9. Manage and maintain website content.
  10. Provide job search assistance to clients (job applications, email set up, resume/cover letter)
  11. Assist with 4, 24 and 52 week employment follow-up.

Not sure it is the right fit. The NOC seems to be more in depth delivery of services with clients versus more admin work. Do you have a degree in the field?
