As Naturgrl pointed out, you are still married until the divorce is final.
You need to include your spouse in the calculation of family members. Your LICO needs to meet that. Spouse (soon to be ex) doesn't need to co-sign. (even current spouse doesn't need to co-sign)
There is no but on the NOA, Make sure your income in NOA meet the minimum income requirement (add 1 if you didn't include your spouse when you did your calculation)
If your NOA doesn't meet LICO, wait till your divorce is final and apply if that makes the difference.
I am above the LICO, and I have been separated in residence since September 2024; my Ex is not part of the residence anymore. I collected my stuff and left the abusive relationship, and for the government, I am separated. Part of my Plea for the supervisa is that I was controlled and prevented by my Ex to invite my mom and I can't go visit her. Also I don't have any savings

How about my mom ties to back home, she has two other adult children who live with her, does that count as ties? She has a pension (do I have to submit her bank statement or just the pension document translated?) Also does the child support count as income?
Submit her bank statements. Show that her adult children are dependants and cannot work and care for themselves. If not dependant then not ties to return. Include her pensions and bank statements. Child support is not income. Does your 2025 NOA meet LICO or not including your husband? Even for 2025, he is included until divorce is final.

Sorry for your situation, but your mother could have always applied for a visa without you.

If you have no savings how will you pay for insurance, expenses associated with another adult, etc. in addition to other unexpected costs for you and your family. Just the flight and insurance alone is likely around 3k.

I will try to manage the flight thing, but the insurance can be paid on monthly installments.

If you have no savings there will likely be concerns that at a certain point you will not pay the premium because you have other more urgent expenses. Some pay in instalments but they have the funds if they had to pay upfront for the full year. You should certainly apply but if both you and your mother have no savings you are one unexpected expense away from a disaster so tough to say if supervisa will be approved.

Hello, I have two questions

1) I want to invite my mom under the supervisa application. I have the proper funds and meet the LICO if I show my pay slips and bank statements. but I have been away for 4/5 months last year and my T4 is less than the minimum amount required for the LICO.
After I came back, I started working on August 2024 and I can show all the pay slips from August 2024 till now.
Would that be okay? I can also write a letter of explanation stating why the amount on the t4 was low and can provide proof of pay stubs(August 2024-present)
2) My mom is coming for 3/4 weeks max, but in the future she will come to stay for more than 6 months which is why am opting for supervisa. Has anyone applied for a super visa but with the intention of staying for couple of weeks or months?

TIA

1. IRCC wants NOA for 2024 taxes. So expect refusal if T4 doesn't meet LICO either.
2. Ok but seems like she should be applying for TRV since you cannot show LICO with NOA or T4 and she is only coming for a short visit right now.

Thank you!! I might opt for the visitor visa then.
