I want to know if I can get points with my spouse qualifications, language test and work experiences?

I am 37 years old married to a Canadian born citizen.
I created my express entry profile on 1st August 2025 and have CRS: 358 and qualified in CEC requirements.
I lived in Montreal and applying PR outside of Québec province.

Can my wife's qualifications and work experiences bring me points in my express entry pool?

• they are not coming with you to Canada, or
• they are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
