Processing estimates are around 4-5 months so well within normal times. They would have addressed reasons for refusal in SV application too.

I am a single mom going through a divorce and need my mom to visit. Any tips would be appreciated. I can provide bank statements and pay stubs, but I don't have savings. I am filling out my mom's supervisa application, my mom is retired and has no assets, but both my siblings are living with her in the same residence (rent under her late husband's name) and she has a pension. Is my finances and my support to her enough during her stay, or does she have to have her own money?

Also there is a question in the application about the money she is going to bring to Canada with her? how should that look like, should I write that I will give her that money?

So for Supervisa, do you meet LICO for the number of people in your family. If you are still married, spouse should count. This is your NOA statement after filing taxes. That is what you need to show. She should show her own bank statements with cash in the bank and ties to return. She also has to afford a year of health insurance which is thousands.

Thank you for responding. I am a single mom, I meet the LICO for my family, I can include paystubs, bank statements of my own, and T4, my mom can provide pension docs (it is not much money though), just on going in-out money from her bank accounts. Should I include an explanation letter?

No NOA. IRCC wants NOA not T4 or bank statements. You can include both your bank statements but NOA is the most important document for POF. So it is you, spouse (not divorced), parent and any children.

Yes, I will submit my NOA, but I am in the middle of a divorce battle, court hearings, and stuff I can't use my Ex for that super visa purpose. I don't currently have a spouse

You are still married and not divorced so include spouse in total just in case since you say you meet LICO. He doesn't have to co-sign or anything.

How about my mom ties to back home, she has two other adult children who live with her, does that count as ties? She has a pension (do I have to submit her bank statement or just the pension document translated?) Also does the child support count as income?

As Naturgrl pointed out, you are still married until the divorce is final.
You need to include your spouse in the calculation of family members. Your LICO needs to meet that. Spouse (soon to be ex) doesn't need to co-sign. (even current spouse doesn't need to co-sign)
There is no but on the NOA, Make sure your income in NOA meet the minimum income requirement (add 1 if you didn't include your spouse when you did your calculation)
If your NOA doesn't meet LICO, wait till your divorce is final and apply if that makes the difference.
