I think the key thing here is not the PM03 (that still sounds to me like routine clearance authority), but the LPP 'not started.'

Seems to me the meaning here is more clearly that grant review will be ready when the 'prohibitions' part (security related components) is done.

I'm assuming - because quite likely - that the other two, physical presence and language, are basically done.

Why they state this as 'not started' when the one P is with a different agency and the others are (probably) pre-approved, I don't know. (I think these terms relate to a database flag and not the plain language that applicants would like them to mean).

If it is within the processing timeline, then just wait until it passes that. Then only it would make sense to reach out to your local MP.

Yes, atleast you can see your application status.
AOR: January 07, and BC and Prohibitions are still in progress.
Language and physical presence have been completed on May 05, 2025.
I reached out to my local MP last week, and within 2 or 3 days, he responded back with the case status.

Were you on temporary status during that period? If you were then you get half day for every day you were a temporary resident. To qualify for Presence you will need a minimum of 2 yrs temporary status and 2 yrs of PR. Time outside the country during that period will also reduce the count.

Same here. LPP was completed on Mar 27. Request made in Jan as well. My AOR : Submitted - November 29, 2024 & AOR - December 09, 2024. It’s only the BG is pending. I am very hopeful to hear something this month, since the processing time of 10months was last updated on June 05. Processing time wasn’t updates in July.

Received the CBSA notes today for my wife and security information has been disclosed. The app is under security screening with CSIS from Jan 27, 2025.

AOR is DEC 12. I would like to see whoever has the notes can you check the group number on the first page? Her group number is: 2-1C8PVPM8.

I have a feeling that the entire group application is going for the security screening. Let me know if anyone is with same group who has ATIP notes. Thanks.

My Group number is different, yet same status since May 2nd.

We are almost at the end of the 10 month processing so we are close to the front of the line. Patience is key.
Thankfully I've been super busy with life that I haven't had much time to dwell on the application. I did check to make sure I'm routine and that was enough. A lot happened in 8 months...I finished a 1 year advanced uni program, got a new job and now prepping for vacation to Europe in Sept. They just better not schedule my oath during the 2 weeks I'm gone because I'm traveling from the States and will be leaving my PR card behind.

My application was submitted a day after yours. Except Citizenship test, everything else is "IN PROGRESS". So, not a great picture and I understand how frustrating it can be.

I requested my GCMS notes yesterday. I'll just wait and try to not worry about it for next month or so.

I hope you ordered from CBSA as they redact less. For example, the IRCC GCMS file, they redacted the security and criminality results but in the CBSA version, it was all there. That's how I know both were completed back in February.

hi, can anybody explain how to write or include uci number in ecas for getting information about citizenship information. I am trying for my wife but cant .she has 10 digit uci number. Thank you.

I hope you ordered from CBSA as they redact less. For example, the IRCC GCMS file, they redacted the security and criminality results but in the CBSA version, it was all there. That's how I know both were completed back in February.

Someone recommended that I asked CSIS as well for their notes. My CBSA came back as no issues, but I have asked CSIS to send me my notes. The issue is that with CSIS, there is no time window for them to process any request from IRCC. They work at their own pace.
