NOC’s STEM l(priority list) Please help me!

My current position is NOC 20011 which has been deleted from the STEM priority list.
My previous position NOC 21222 (same company) is still on the priority list.
Can I apply for EE skilled work? (I still perform functions of the previous position but now I'm also a coordinator).

No because your role has changed to NOC20011.

So what does this IRCC guidance mean?…
“have the same NOC as the job you want to use for your immigration application (called your primary occupation)

• Your primary occupation may not be your most recent work experience.”

You can still use your previous work experience and that may help you secure PR depending on your application but in terms of your current role it is NOC20011.
