Hi, when I applied for my Work Permit extension in November 2024, I didn’t take or submit a new medical exam—IRCC likely used my previous records. However, when I received the request for my PR application in April'25, I did undergo a new medical exam at that time. Hope this helps!

July'24 Applicants have started getting P1 for a while, latest I see in Reddit and other forums are till July 12th, with this progress, soon in 30-45 days hopefully we will start receiving Final Decision and P1. We are almost there.
Aug17th applicant, Not a single update since January 29th, not even a ghost update.
All completed, just background verification left.

I recently gathered that August 2024 applicants have started receiving Final Decison and P1. Please be on th lookout and inform us if anything has moved on your GCkey and tracker.
