Hello everyone,
I tried applying for the Express Entry profile and got an email showing not elegible a couple minutes after.
  • I did the IELTS 2024 with 6 for writing, 8.5 listening, 8 speaking, and 7.5 reading. I also did TCF 2025 with 11 writing, 13 speaking, 505 listening and 502 reading.
  • I have 1 years 11100 NOC experience on a job outside of canada, 6 months 11101 NOC experience on a job outside of Canada.
  • In Canada, 10010 NOC for 11 months on Work Permit and 63102 NOC Part Time for 4 months on Study Permit.
  • I have a bachelor concluded outside of Canada and a one year full time certificate inside of Canada with english as main language.
  • I said I would bring 16,000 CAD for one family member (me)
I don't know what I'm missing or if there is something else I need to include

You don't have a year of Canadian work experience so not eligible for CEC. Work on study permit doesn't count.

So only eligible for FSW so what is your factor selection score and do you have at lease 67 points? Do you have ECA for degree?

If you do then answering a question wrong.

I do have an ECA with ICES.
Last time I summed my points for FSW I had 68 points. I'm almost sure I'm doing smth wrong: English 22, French 4, Education 21, worst case scenario with work experience 9, and age 12. Not counting arranged employment in Canada.
Do you give consultations?

Hire a consultant. Cannot tell you if you have 68 points unless you post profile.
I think it's related to the intended work in Canada section. If I'm on a PGWP (No LMIA required) working for 11 consecutive months, should I reply "No" to the "Does X have a job offer in Canada?" given that IRCC rejects open permits with no LMIA as ivalid job offers?

You don't have a job offer but should not matter. You don't have a year of Canadian work experience. Submit profile in a month.
