Just got my Oath email instructions for in-person attendance (August 18th). The email states that I can request to change it to virtual if I wish. Happy to go in person, I'd only consider changing to virtual if it would mean that I take the Oath earlier than August 18th - has anyone switched from in person -> virtual? If so, did it mean a quicker Oath date?

It almost certainly would not be quicker. Or if it did, only marginally, and only on some % basis, not at all guaranteed.
If that's your only reason, stick with the date you got. IMO.
Yes that's my plan, it would have to be guaranteed earlier for me to change it and I'm aligned with you: don't think it would be.
Hey folks, im getting real nervous; citizenship test completed May 30, but everything is in progress and nothing completed aside from the citizenship test. What should I do?

Hi Guys, should I be worried or is this usual.
Since I completed my test I have not heard anything, not even gotten the official test completion confirmation. Called IRCC July 11th and the agent said they can't see any update on Test completion from their end that I should raise a webform and also reply to the email that sent the test information attaching the unofficial test result received after completion - scored 19/20. Since then till date no update.
AOR March 24th.
BG Completed May 30th.
Citizenship test request May 22nd (completion window - May 23rd - Jun 21st).
Test completed - June 15th
LPP - Still in progress
Primary office - Vancouver
Secondary office - Sydney
What do you guys suggest I do please? Is this usual because I see that a lot of people get the test completion notification about a week after.

Tried to initiate application LAST YEAR! ONLINE ACCOUNT CREATED 10 NOV-2024 , received a code with which to open a account - then could never get into that account again. WAS TOLD ABOUT 40 TIMES TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD, WHICH I DID EACH TIME UNTIL I GAVE UP IN FEBRUARY 2025. Then 10-MAR 2025, I GOT AN EMAIL FROM IRCC SAYING THERE WAS A SUSPICIOUS SIGN-IN TO MY ACCOUNT, then suddenly on 19 Mar 2025, IRCC confirmed it received my application and payment and 22 Mar 2025 entered it into their system

IRCC letter16 Apr 2025, requesting a police report for every country I've lived in the last couple decades. Other than Canada, the only country I've ever lived in is the US. I sent the FBI clean sheet 23 May 2025, receipt acknowledged and background verification updated to Complete.
That is the only request for information I've ever received.
BUT I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do now. The Tracker says:
