I did not receive eligibility letters yet. PA tracker is showing IME number for medical's but medical status is still shown as in progress in tracker & GCKey.

I need some guidance. I submitted my spousal application on June 21st, and today I received an email confirming that IRCC has received my application along with my UCI. However, when I logged into the IRCC portal to check for any updates, there was no new message. Is this email confirmation sufficient, and does IRCC typically send messages through the portal with updates? And secondly, how to link the application to the tracker?
