My wife and I filed our Online applications on June 26, 2025. Status is Submitted. There is no acknowledgement email and status hasn't changed. We have created GCkey account but unable to link our applications.

Hi i submitted my renewal for PR since June 12th and i called IRCC and they said they are working on it ! is it normal to pass the processing time for renewal ?

Hi! I submitted the PR renewal on June 18, 2025. My daughter and I received the acknowledgment right away after applying, but my wife didn't receive it.

I received the acknowledgement by email. After a week I raised a web form asking for e travel document as I need to travel next month to India. Today I got the email reply that my pr card is been mailed on 11 th July.

Thank you for updating Lily35. I've been keeping my eye on this thread since I submitted my PR card renewal on July 6. Did you by chance look to see if there was a date for the updatedAt?

There was no update at all, still only showing "submitted".

Oh okay. So even with the hack when logged into the portal there was no date on the updatedAt. Good to know.

The hack is totally useless and gives incorrect information.

Unfortunately currently the portal mostly doesn't give any useful information for those who have submitted and less than 30-60 days or so (and I'm not sure about after that). For those in compliance with the RO, they seem to get the renewed card in the post often in less than 30 days, sometimes less than 60.

I'm finding that out.

Yes from what I have been seeing on here, since the days posted on the IRCC website are technically business days, including postal delivery time it seems to be around the 30-day time period from applying to receiving the new card.
