PR Card Issue Time - First card after COPR landing

Anyone have recent experience of the issue time for the first PR card?
Formally landed as out of country applicant with COPR 2 weeks ago. Landed and signed off in Montreal but residence is in Ottawa. I submitted Ottawa address. I have to return to my home country in three weeks for contract completion. Any chance that I will get the card before I leave?

You'll have to look for reports from others. Basically 'normal' is ~30-60 days, some do get it sooner. Hope you have someone who can receive it. If so, they can send it to you - for some countries sending an official doc may not be accepted by courier companies. Or you can return via USA, or apply for PRTD.

Thanks! My address here is a family member's house so if I leave I can get it couriered to me in UAE, (if a 'card' can be couriered - will have to check).
