PNP -Occupation in demand

Hi,
I worked as a homecare worker in Nova Scotia for two years on my student visa. I have completed more than 2500 hours in that job. I am on applied status of my PGWP and I recently received a permanent full time job as a CCA in Nova Scotia. I completed PBD in healthcare management and completed my CCA through PLAR program.

My questions :

Will my experience as a homecare worker can be counted in OID stream as CCA and homecare work has similar kind of job duties but they're in different teer..
Is there any other stream for me that I can apply for with my profile?

What is your NOC? OID stream? Read the NS PNP requirements with your profile and job offer.

Boost what? What is the NOC for your full time job offer? Did you read the requirements (guide) to see if eligible? Page 6 of the guide tells you what work experience is required.

My noc code for current full time job offer letter is 33102 (Continuing care Assistant) and it's a teer 3 job while my experience is in home care worker with noc code 44101 and it's a teer 4 job.
Their job duties are very similar that's why I was wondering if I can file PNP with my home care experience and full time CCA job offer.
