Medical Pass ! No further update

Hi! I submitted my study permit application on February 3, 2025, got a medical request on April 2, 2025 on April 16, 2025 You passed medical. Since then no further update. Has anyone experience this? any recommunication or suggestion on how to proceed further?

I am a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) graduate with 2.5 years of experience in the administration department. I applied for a Master of Management program in Canada and successfully received my Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). However, my study visa was refused on the grounds that my academic background in dentistry was inconsistent with the chosen management course.

Did you recently graduate as a dentist? When was the admin experience completed? Have you been practicing as a dentist? Was the admin role already in management? Canada essentially believes that you are really trying to immigrate and practice dentistry.
