Possibly. It depends on how soon a spot would be available for in virtual. No one can really tell how much delay you'll get. Its up to you to weigh the risk.

It usually delays, often significantly. However, I've seen cases where rescheduling happens within two weeks of sending the email. The timeline's unpredictable. Given your need for the certificate sooner – likely for a passport application – I'd recommend doing whatever it takes to get it done on June 22.
