Pls what if you employer does not want to give you a letter of recommendation.can you submit for PR without this

Here are some updates for people who have completed 6 month of work experience in Canada.
I am not very regular in the fourm, hence sharing the detailed information to reduce some anxiety for the people who have applied.

My suggestion to ones who applied without T4 and NOA 2024 is that they should send in the following items:
#1T4 2024
#2NOA 2024
#3Bank statements showing the paydeposits from start to present
#4Paystubs matching the paydeposits.

Also they did not ask for updated IMM5669 and IMM5406 at time of experience submission ( as only IMM5910 was requested)
Hence, it is better to submit the following as well for all 18 yr+ dependents
#1 IMM5669
#2 IMM5406
Of course, you are free to decide for your case but just a thought based on my experience.

Timelines:
#1 Applied for PR 14-Oct-2024
#2 Addtional Documents Requested 24-Feb-2025
#3 Addtional Documents Provided 23-Mar-2025
#4 Eligibility Pass Received 28-Apr-2025
#5 Additional Document Requested 28-Apr-2025

#6 Addtional Documents Provided(except PCC) 30-Apr-2025
#7 Applied BWOP 1-May-2025

Below are details for each stage:

#1 Provided IMM5910, Experience letter, all paystubs and bank statements showing deposits
( No T4 and NOA 2024 was available at time of application as they are issued in Feb 2025 and March 2025 respectively)

#2 Below was requested:
Schedule A: Background /Declaration (IMM5669) and Additional Family Information form (IMM5406)
X] Please provide a copy of your 2024 T4 tax information slips from your respective employer.
[X] Please provide a copy of your 2024 Notice of Assessment.
[X] Please provide copies of your bank statements since xxx 2024 to present including your chequing and saving accounts.
[X] Provide an explanation and detailed information with supporting documentation for your statements for each deposit in your bank account over $100.00 from xxx 2024 to present.

#4 Eligibility Pass
We have received and assessed your proof of work experience to support your application for permanent residence. It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements for permanent resident status as a member of the Home Child Care Provider Class.
[X] It has also been determined that your family members included in your application meet the eligibility requirements

This acknowledgement does not grant status in Canada. A final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements have been met. If applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, must pass background checks even if they are not applying to join you in Canada at this time.
Passports for yourself and your family members must be valid for the duration of your stay in Canada. You must also maintain your status while in Canada.
If you have not already applied, you may now apply for a bridging open work permit (BOWP), which will allow you to work in the occupation and location of your choice while your application is finalized. You can find more information here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../extend-permit/bridging-open-work-permit.html

#5Below was requested:
For spouse: since he travels back and forth to home counrty for 50% of the time
[X] We require a new/current Schedule A: Background /Declaration with the specific occupation listed and no date gaps.
Please ensure you submit all your personal history and addresses, including travel, on your form.
X] Please submit a valid police certificate from India issued by the Ministry of External Affaris

For applicant: since the old passport was expiring soon and original work permit was issued till passport validity
[X] All persons seeking permanent resident status in Canada must provide a valid passport or travel document issued by the Country of Citizenship in order to become a permanent resident. According to our records your passport or travel document will expire on xxx xx, 2025. Please have your passport or travel document’s validity extended and submit a photocopy to our office as soon as possible.
[X] As you are a member to the Home Child Care Provider class, you must hold valid temporary resident status in Canada until such time that you receive your permanent residency. As of the date of this letter, your temporary status is valid until xxx xx, 2025. Persons without legal immigration status in Canada may be subject to removal proceedings at any time for failing to have or maintain legal immigration status.
Thank you for this information.

Please can you share with us how you were able to successfully explain money deposit over 100$ if there were any?
