Need help in registering the tracker

I got my biometrics yesterday and till now I am not able to register the tracker. It keeps on showing the same error "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

I am pretty sure that I entered my information correctly.
Any tips?

It probably won't work, there's an issue with the tracker it doesn't update anymore and I know a lot of people who are unable to create an account even a month after biometrics

Agree with above, it’s been 20
Days now post biometrics and medical but unable to register on tracker.

Hey try forgot password instead of creating one, might work.

Hey, so I was suspecting that it didn't work because I have a lot of first names on my passport (I'm used to seeing my fifth first name cut on official documents because writing all my given names exactly as they’re spelled in my government-issued passport is simply too long) ... so I tried registering again. I started with all my names, then cut letter by letter until it worked. 3 letters missing. Anyways....

The tracker says "Updated: Jul 10, 2025" but nothing changed since June 5 , when I did my bio and got medical passed in GCKey. So nothing new... kinda weird that eligibility is still marked as not started tho.
