Parents both meet RO? Did you include health insurance because child will not have access to provincial healthcare until PR?
No, we are waiting for his visa and then we will buy health insurance. nd wt do uh mean by RO? i am his mother and give him birth here in india. his father is in Canada but we both are PR, even his older brother is too.

So if spouse is in Canada then he would have started PR process. RO is residency obligation to sponsor. If haven't started PR then do it now.

Yes we will do it at the end of this month.
Can you tell me more about this RO? Is it going to affect his trv ?
RO is if you meet residency obligations and how many days you have been in Canada to renew PR. Assume he does if in Canada and has been there for some time.

A TRV can be refused because you have not started PR process so child cannot show ties to return and funds. Hopefully approved but if refused then wait for PR.

It might make sense for them to use certain days for approvals and refusals. It doesn't have to make sense to the public. It's kind of like a business, they have their ways of doing things for applications and their outcomes. Does not necessarily mean they are "wasting" their resources. What they do might keep them more organized for their line of work.
My father in law got approval from India, and it was Thursday. So the days don’t matter at all.

Anyone knows individual timelines for Eligibility & Background Check in India? Like how many days after Eligibility review start date should I expect status as Completed?
