after BIL/Medical , how much time on the PR decision? The ircc shows that procession time for PR card is 58 days, but internet says 6 months.

on average 6 month

the 58 days are for PR card production for people who are already permanent residents.

Same tracker doesn’t work for me.
I called IRCC automated call to check status of my application and it said “We are reviewing if you meet the eligibility”.
Before doing my biometrics it said we have sent you a request.
My AOR: 15th May
BIL: June 24th
