I know that we are a very small minority but perhaps some of you are out there that need any advice or help with your application. I am here to help, I know our struggle and persecution and can give you some tips for proof for the officers.
Are there any other Islamic Shaivists on here applying for asylum or H&C that want to connect?

We are a very very small minority primarily out of Kashmir. There is little known about us but we face persecution from Islamic fundamentalists who want to persecute us. When I say give proof, I can cite specific historical instances and recent events to our struggle I hope that makes sense. I do not mean to fabricate our story.
It’s what’s HAPPENED specifically to the claimant
People would know what they went thru , they wouldn’t require tips to add to their situation aka manufacturing their story

The government of Canada creates special pathways for nationals from, certain areas of the world in affected areas, regardless of their individual situation. For example, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Croatia etc…
The difference here is that our struggle is not for ally recognized and while you are correct in that we need to assert our individual stories, providing a background story of our struggle on a macro scale is definitely beneficial. We have faced genocide and still do.
Hello Ji, I cannot speak for these protestors. I only know the conflict and persecution which we face in Kashmir and Pakistan alike. We Islamic Shaivists are not well received by fundamentalist Islamists in general.

I truly sympathize with you and other oppressed minorities. Oppression and persecution does not have a place in any civilized society. Imho, the pink elephant in the room must be addressed in order to have a realistic solution. However, some radicals might soon be the ruling majority, even in Canada, judging by incidents like this:
Could be game over, not just for you and your fellow Shaivists, but also for the rest of the world who holds a different belief...

Thank you for your consolation. You know, Canada has such a prominent Sikh population, I dont think that Islam would have a chance of oppressing us here. Also, just because Islam is the fastest growing religion, it does not take into account populations that do not follow religion, or that are spiritual, or the sum of all other denominations. The fool in this video does not understand that just because Islam is the fastest growing”fastest growing”, it does not mean it would be the majority and seize power. They only seized power in the middle East and Pakistan through violence and forced laws.
