Update: UpdatedAt shows June 16 and status as completed. Looks like my application was processed within the 14 days processing timeline. Hoping to receive my renewed card in the mail soon

If you see " uodated at date ", you will get card roughly in 4 to 7 days.

My card took 7 days and my wife card recd after 3 days !

Do not get secondary screening and so on. Your card is on the way. Cheers !

Hello, I applied for my PR card renewal on June 4th. When I checked the status through array - updateAt (as mentioned by someone in this thread earlier), the status is showing as rejected. The date of update is June 17, and the reason mentioned is " You have not provided a valid primary identification".

I am surprised as I uploaded a valid passport copy with all the needed details as per the instructions. Has anyone else faced the same issue?

There is no update on the portal, and the application is not accessible.

For my wife, it did say " primary ID not provided " However, Updated showed a date.

We called IRCC, they said card was approved and sent.
We recd the card.

I suggest you call IRCC.

Most probably a technical error.

Thank you for the update. It does show June 17 as the updated date. and then it says rejected - and the reason being primary ID not provided.

I am hoping it's just a technical error. I will call IRCC today. Thanks again!

Same was the case for my wife.

You are using this inspect-tool-explore thing?

Here's the secret: It's not supported. it's bullshit. It doesn't work. It gives incorrect information. Stop using it.
