Visitors Visa refused from South Africa

My girlfriend applied for visitor visa from South Africa ,she was refused first time with reasons of insufficient funds.
Second time I sent in invitation letter along with the proof of funds.
This time refused again no family ties in country of residence as well as not enough opportunities of employment in country of residence.
How do we respond to that?

So she is single so has no family ties,, and wanting to go to Canada to visit a BF. Those are red flags to IRCC that she will overstay and/or get married. So she needs to show absolute proof to return with job letter and approved leave, business, income properties as well as showing that she has many job opportunities in SA. Due to turmoil in SA it will be difficult.

She submitted all that. She has a great job with mining company for the last 17 years and gets paid pretty well as well. She has a house in her name, provided the job letter .

And employment letter stating the leave that she has of 2 weeks. And she has to return to SA because of her job and her pets.
Q. is why she was not mentioned these reasons the first time .
This time different reasons . They are just full of crap.

She is in mining industry. So how one can prove that they have several employment opportunities? Any idea?

SA doesn't issue Canadian visit visa. IRCC does.

IRCC is not supposed to mention all the reasons. It's enough to mention the first reason they encounter for a refusal.

Besides, the reasons may depend on a decision maker.

An invitation letter is useless for a visitor visa, it may even have the opposite effect.

Not sure if you can order GCMS or ATIP notes. They may contain the reason of refusal. My hunch is the IRCC feels that even though your Girlfriend has strong ties to SA she also has a good reason to stay in Canada for a long time without the proper Visa.

Hi ... Once u upload your documents and they sent u biometrics request ...after that it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks before they finalize the application. And email u the letter or u can see it on ur portal as well.

I guess you are right. Thanks for your response. I did invitation hoping that it would clear the doubts with regards to the accommodations.
The first mistake she made was doing the application half heartedly and missing out the basic like her property docs,mortgage etc....anywho will try again n see .

Hi ..I did get the notes. They don't say much besides the same a few lines of refusal letter.
The main thing I see that it said the decision was based on or with the help of Chinook which is some sort of software or AI stuff.
It has no mention of the docs we uploaded on a webforum which she forgot to submit.
Highly appreciated that you responded . Let's see shall try again.
What I don't understand is if someone one shows up at the border than they will get blankets n hotel booked and paid $700 a month. But when you try to do things legally ,it's turned down. Just saying.lol
