The letter they send u is standard, however, for the medical - a special letter will be sent to you which speaks to how and where a medical should be done fr a ircc panel doctor. I might be wrong tho, as i am not seeing the content of your letter

My dependents got TRV, and now they are with me in Canada. Are they going to get PR with me once I approved or they have go wait inside Canada for their files processing ? Does anyone heard or know such cases.

The chances of being approved are low but not impossible. The person applying should aim to show as many ties to their home county as they can such as employment and property ownership. If they have a strong travel history to counties requiring visas, that will help generally.

I became PR this January, and after series of back & forth, my wife overseas received Pre-arrival, request for police report & medicals, and all these have been sent. Medical confirmed sent lastweek Wednesday.

Please, what will be next? And why are we not able to track the application ?

If the signature box allows you to sign electronically then thats fine, Do that! However, some forms DOES NOT allow you to sign electronically. When that is the case, you would need to print off the completed form and manually sign and date the form. I do hopes that help and the video told you that along with the guidance.
