Visitor visa rejected

Need your help to re apply the visa for my Aunt.

She wants to accompany my parents for a 3 month visit at my place.

Her funds status was 12k cad in cash.

I will re apply with house value , jewellery assets,

How to convince that she will meet the rejection reasons below:




I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by


paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/


section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will


leave Canada, based on the following factors:


• I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.


• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

A three month visit is way too long with little funds. Ask for 2-3 week visit. What are her ties to return? Ties to return are spouse, children under 22, job, business. Jewelry is not relevant. House value shows nothing.

There is no "we" as she is the one with the refusal. Her visit should be 2-3 weeks with strong ties to return. Show job letter with approved leave, business, income property, children under 22 and spouse. No ticket should be booked until approval. Having ticket doesn't improve chances.

Even if you will be offering free accommodations IRCC expects visitors to show they could cover their own costs. There seems to be a bit more flexibility for parents.

And what if there’s a disagreement and you tell the Aunt to hit the street ?

Then what ?
They go to a shelter ?


From reading stories on here some families scrap like cats & dogs


And it’s a THREE MONTH stay you’re requesting
