Hi, I never thought I would be dumb and miss the passport request! I kept checking emails everyday, however, when I happened to log in by chance, I saw the horror of getting a passport request and it had already been a month and a half ‘expired’.

Incredibly upset, I still printed off the form, sent a letter through Web form, emailed printed that letter I wrote and took it to the VAC. Few days later, it was approved!

Sharing my experience to this team here in case this ever happens to anyone and they are searching for an answer like I was.

Hello, I am currently in a similar situation. I did not receive any email from IRCC regarding the decision, so I did not receive it. I decided to act on this today. Could you please share what you included in your letter, and if you encountered any other issues? Thank you.
