Hello, This may not be right forum or space to post this but I do need some help and insights.

I got my COPR in JAN 2024 - my baby was born in USA in Feb 2024 - I informed IRCC in April 2024 - sent all documents. after waiting for 13 months finally they created New application for my baby in May 2025. asked medicals for him. did the medicals and now waiting for update.

questions I have - Our Medicals expired too but they did not ask for our medicals when they asked for my baby so should I wait or do upfront and send them e medical sheet? this is just to avoid delays as it will further incure 2 months+ time in processing.

When I can expect his medicals to be passed and what should be next steps.

we can not land till we get new COPRs.

You should apply for CBSA notes where less would be redacted. My guess is your Security Clearance is still In Progress and this is the redacted reason your application is On hold.

Each application progresses at its own pace. There is no first-come, first-served when it comes to IRCC.

Since your AoR is April 2025, wait for another 2-3 months, and then you can request GCMS notes to see the processing details.

No need to be concerned.

But he marked it as recommended pass and ready to finalize in Sept. Then an officer mentioned A11.2 met selection EE Econ - Pending in Oct 2024. This was after I sent ADR doc in Sept. No idea what led to ''Review required" status after this since notes right after Oct 2024 are all redacted marked as s.22(1)(b). also there is a s.19(1)(a) on Info sharing 4 [Type: Biographic , partner: USA, Status: ready to be assessed, update date: 25 aug 2024]
Last redacted note was dated jan 2025. I'm outland btw. I had recently shared my recently issued US and SG tourist / business visa via webform.

Should I consider CSIS and CBSA GCMS notes too?

CBSA and CSIS only become relevant after your eligibility has passed, and you are stuck in security screening. If your eligibility is not passed, the application has not even started security screening and has not been sent to CBSA / CSIS.

Alright. Thanks for the info. I had already raised webform to highlight the Info sharing being pending which they acknowledged but without clear info in GCMS notes on why Eligibility is review required (because of redacted notes), do you have any advise on what I could do?
