I got my email yesterday evening. It’s starting to drop for everyone and you should get your by this evening as well.

It might appear as a weird suggestion, but did you try to login from the SAME device from where you created your tracker account?
Also make sure you are not connected to a VPN

I tried different system as well and no Luck.
