I need help. My Ontario works worker notified me that my status was not deemed a protected person. I had my hearing a few months ago and have not received my notice of decision. Since I was told this by my worker I called IRB who informed me my notice of decision was only mailed out this week and no one would know the decision until it is received by ircc and myself :s. I checked ircc portal and it states by decision: not available. I am so confused about this whole situation it’s giving me major emotional distress.

I don't think there is much you can do right now but wait for the decision. Good luck.
We submitted our documents in August 2024, and completed the test in Nov 2024, last update was the interview on Dec 12, 2024. So far we have not received anything for the ceremony. Last update in my online process said Jan25, 2025, however no update was create then. How long it takes?

If you saw an update in referral section via IRCC Portal says Not available it means likely the IRB made a decision on your claim whether accepted or rejected, if you have a counsel you will get it only it from him or her, if not it will be send by mail to you
