And I’ve heard nothing since then. Everyone else seems to have at least gotten P1 since then. I’m getting very frustrated. My profile shows background check and eligibility are still in progress so I called IRCC last week. They confirmed that those are complete on their end. Said everything looks good and it’s just still processing. Submitted a webform to try to speed things up and they said they have forwarded my concerns. Online processing for CEC shows 5 months. Mine has been over 6 months without even receiving a P1.
I have to move a trip but I don’t even know what date to change it to because their processing time is taking so long that I don’t know if I’ll even have physical card by September.

Update: Received Portal 2 today and submitted. However, got a warning while uploading photo, about the brightness, but proceeded while still the warning was there.
I tried multiple times. Not sure if this causes an issue.
