Hi! I shall be landing at Vancouver in June 2025.
I have a COPR. I have the required 23k CAD valued amount in Indian currency in my Indian Bank account. Will the recent 6 months statements from my Indian Bank account suffice the proof of Funds??. I do have a visa card for this account with international transactions activated.

Yes, updated bank statements from your bank will work. That's usually what most people do. I'll caution you that if you are planning to take entire 23k CAD out of your Indian bank account at some point in this year, you'll have to pay withholding taxes in India (TCS of 20%). You will get these taxes when you file your ITR. Sharing this in case if you don't know.

If I get CoPR , can i withdraw entire POF since i not planning to do landing now. Once i decide to move to canada later this year, I would maintain the required funds back in the account. Is this fine or the aging of the funds would matter at the time of landing.

You can withdraw the funds, but you should be able to explain if were questioned during the landing about the funds. Usually, I've never seen this questioning happen with anyone, but in case if it did, you should be very convincing about the fluctuations.

Can I use proof of funds for buying air tickets to Canada ? I am out-land applicant and landing as PR early next month but due to closed airspace and regional war conflicts, our flight was canceled and refund will take some time. If I buy new ticket for alternate route, it will reduce POF. any advice ?

Air tickets are not a part of your proof of funds. You are expected to land here with PoF. Although, PoF is rarely checked during PR landing.

The only issue is that if they checked your PoF and if you failed to show, you can get a temporary refusal of landing(sent back), provide with a PoF submission opportunity, or your application can be cancelled. These cases of are super-super rare though. Most airlines usually refund within 1-2 months and it is upto you on what you decide to do.
