applied for refugee protection , got posotive decision 2024/4 by RPD , applied for PR immediatly , RAD minister appeal the Kids only as they were living in the Gulf , still waiting new hearing , as RAD refer back to RPD after allowing appeal , lawer said continue with PR application as you and kids , appeal not effect PR processing , any one have idea ?

How did the children claim asylum if they are outside Canada? Your PR process is unaffected by other claims.
no the kids with me , me and wife and kids get approved but minister appeal kids only
Normally dependent children of protected people can apply and typically receive study permits while PRs are processed. Something to ask your lawyer.
I am not expert but I think when the Minister (CBSA or IRCC) appeals on your claim at the IRB, they represented by a counsel named Minister's counsel

Do they hold citizenship of other country or permanent resident status from third country?
Appeal is affecting PR processing. When did you receive NOD and when did you apply?
NOD received May 2024 appeal only allowed but case send back to RPD for redetermination , no heiring yet , PR apply JULY 2024
